Some Thoughts on Dr. Linus

  Al Trautwig has some interesting ideas about the episode Dr. Linus. Even though I've watched it twice, he mentions something that didn't even cross my mind: Did the Smokemonster/Man in Black kill pilot Seth Norris because he thought that he was actually pilot Frank Lapidus who missed being the pilot of 815 because his alarm clock didn't ring? Since the pilot was the first man killed by the Smokemonster after the crash, could this mean that Frank Lapidus is very important i.e. a candidate?
