Good stuff.
It could start at the 30 second mark and still be very effective.
I wouldn't know what else to edit out to make it a 30 second or 45 second ad. Don't know what the rules are on guns and blood in commercials. You could also make 2 ads from your product. The second ad would involve the action packed clips with some fast pace Giacchino music. Just don't use the Hurley themes ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oxc4yiyhiYc )

I would also replace Lockes voice at the end with the official LOST ending sound.

The music works nicely. I'm just think-writing what else might work, but in the end, you would have to use Michael Giacchino music. I might be replace the music with HALO music, but that's me and probably would not work.
