So I have a new theory about Black shirt Guy:
The island is survivor and he's Richard Hatch (looks similar no?)
And Locke is that Rudy guy!
Based on this theory....Black shirt guy wins the game through manipulation of the other players.....but doesn't pay taxes on his winnings and ends up in some legal hot water!
