In that time period whatever occured seemed to let Charlie know him very well. Just as her mom said she had ffelings for this guy that she has appeared to be with instead of mark same too with Charlie. She knows this boy and in that time she sensed a connection with him. maybe we will learn more about other ids viions and if they are very detailed the way Charlies seems to be

Well, Lynn, I think that they certainly had whatever lives they lived that led UP TO that 2 min flash... they just didn't get all of the prior remembrance in the flash, that's all.
And it would appear that if it's only 6 months away, then "IT" begins directly after they had the flash - like the children's relationship is beginning now.
