If everyone in FF knows exactly when they are going to Flash to, then they could just leave themselves a note.
Make sure the note is going to be where they will see it in their flash and then they would have all the info they need to change things.
However if they change things, will they indeed see the same flash?

What do you mean they could leave themselves a note? In the future?
I thought the information in the flashforward itself is all they need to change things.

I was thinking the same kind of thing, but getting mixed up my logic. If everyone knows that on April 29 at a certain time, their past selves will be flashing to that moment, everyone could say, think about what has happened for the past six months, and then let their past selves know not to worry (or to worry!) about the future. But then again, on April 29, will they care about their past selves? Cause WHH...

The 'Flasforwards' is the note.
What we are watching is the past. The characters have already lived through all of this. Their present is, post April 2010.
The actual flashforward, itself, is hindsight...

You also have to take into consideration, that somone else out there may have had a flash that relates to yours that tells more of the story in your flash than what you saw in your very own flash. So that note that tells your future could be wrong. Because it only told part of the story. Where the other person`s flash completed it.

My point was that if you do anything that makes it so that you are not at that exact location at that exact time and day, you will see a different flash in the past or maybe see nothing. So if you end up in that location WHH, if you didn't see a flash perhaps TCC.

The information they receved in the flash is what is belived to be the future and so far for Mark it has been correct and every step he has taken to counter this future has turned out to be part of the steps that caused the future he saw. The question is. Is he to change what he saw or use it to be prepared for what comes after what he saw.

I`ll be on more when LOST starts. This show is not LOST by any means. It`s just passing time. I don`t think any show has caught me as LOST has. I kinda don`t want season 6 to come. That means the end. Maybe there might be a show in connection with LOST that takes it`s place. LOL like Sawyer being the lead roll. I can see it now"SOB not again"
