Why is it when I watch Flashforward, I am constantly rmeinded of Lost. I personally dont think its because the show are going to be connected anymore than to keep the Lost fans engrossed in the show and talk about it. All I am waiting for is someone to say "Dont tell me what I can do" and "Live togethe, die alone". I am sure its coming. Just a matter of when and by whom.

Don't feel bad, I'm the same way...
What I wonder, is if I would have the same reaction to the 'leap of faith' if it was mentioned on, lets say... Law & Order?
Meaning, does it have more of an impact because I'm expecting things on FF to relate? Or have these phrases been permanently changed, in general?
And you're right, there will sooo be a "don't tell me what I can't do" coming up! :D

Well anytime I hear something and its related to Lost I am focused. Yesterday I was at a BBQ and some kid had drawn the smiley face we saw on Gales balloon and of course I thought of Lost. Anytime i am in Manhattan and walk past a can printing out a receipt, yup think of Smokey.
But on FlashForward its almost like they are in a way mimicking Lost to pick up Lost fans and generate new fans that dont watch Lost and can watch a show from the begining. Almost like FF is riding the coat tails of Lost and arent really generating a new concept in TV just expanding on it knowing there is a huge audience for it.
