Any significance with these? Seems the yellow ball/light rotates which to me it seems like a clock. At one point the show was almost half over and the clock was in the half-hour position. I've seen it where this happens other times too.

I must be missing something what commericals are you referring to? The ones at Comic-Con, during FF episodes?

When you watch an episode of Fringe, whenever it is time for a commercial break there is a black background with a blueish colored image in the middle. There is also a yellow ball/light that is somewhere within a circle around the image.

Im not sure about the yellow dots.
but the images seem to be crosses of human parts and organic or insect parts. Seems to go along with the evolution of the species or scientific hybriding of the human species on the show.
Maybe the symbols hidden in the images have something to do with the future of the show. We were introduced to one image in S2E04, maybe there will be more.

don't think it adds a lot to the show, but its cool that someone figured this out.
