so we are led to believe that they worked together long ago and Oliva was one of there subjects. they were close work partners, bother genius and way ahead of their time. I think there is more to it.
1. William Bell knew that what Peters mom used to say to him as a child.
2. Something happened to walters son, we know he is dead, and that he brought Peter from the other dimension back to our world.
3. Two beings can not exist in the same world. Nina Sharp decribed that if the worlds come together, one will be destroyed.
4. William Bell can not spend any more time in our world
Im trying to put it all together, and have 3 theories
1. William Bell was always from the other side. and he is Walter's opposite. He knows what Peters mom said to him because Peter is actually his son. I beleieve he allowed Walter to take his son, because he did something to walters son in an experiement.
2. Peter is Williams son, but Walter and William are not each others opposite. same as 31, just no relation
3. this is all BS and there is no relation, things are just as they seem and William just knows what Peters mom used to say to him because he was involved in walters life.
