Nikki And Paulo reintroduced to season 4?

does anyone besides me think that nikki and paulo are going to be re introduced into season 4? i mean it seemed kind of awkward to me that in season 3 they just dedicated like 3 episodes just to explain there back stories and then have them die? and does anyone remember that as they buried nikki and paulo that nikki opened up her eyes? is it possible that nikki and paulo somehow got out of there graves? any comments on if there is a possibility that they will play some kind of new role in season 4?

I remember those Nikki and Paolo scenes fairly well LS. I liked the storyline and theme. I don't think they will make a return though, just an intersesting side story. But ,hey anything is possible on lost.

They were guest stars.

Writers needed more idea's so they had their own little island mystery with a creepy ending.

It has been days and Hurley has visted the grave since then to talk to Libby.

They were burried alive and are now dead.

The reactions would be priceless if they came out of the ground though.

i mean after seeing how lost works i mean they have made people look like they died and brought them back, example is naomi, she got stabbed in the back and fell like she was dead, but she crawled away? theres other examples that dont come to mind atm, except for locke he got shot in the gut and the creators of lost made the bs about his kidney i have a feeling that they might have a role later on, why would a hit tv show waste 3 episodes for nothing?

They could end up in some flashback showing some bizarre link to someone like Abaddon. More than likely the diamonds buried with them will play some role.

No they won't be back on the show, the writers killed them off because they were too lame.....so that was the end of them.

I don't think it's likely that they'll come back cos it was a one-off but you never know with this show!

I think their introduction seemed really short because it was only one episode. But on the DVD they show a deleted scene that introduced them - they were having sex in Jack's tent and Claire walked in on them!

Definately not coming back. Like any show, Lost has side-stories that are unrelated to the main plot and serve only to fill episode time. Nikki and Paolo were too unlikable to bring back and it would be quite ridiculous if they ever were.

I wondered if Nikki actress was dating a producer or something. It seemed like they made a big effort to introduce them, and kill them, which seems to parallel the story of the Expose character or something.

i don't think they'll be coming back. i don't think the fan base took to much of a liking to them, hence why they got killed off. plus their acting stunk

Yup! I agree. They're dead because they sucked. I believe they were written in when Darlton were writing a movie or another show or something. They had the backup writers doing the writing at that point.
