I just saw the premiere of Flashforward and as suspected there are already paradoxes from the start. I'm pretty sure a show of this nature is going to be full of confounding conundrums so let's keep track of them here.
The first I saw was in the forms of the post-it notes (http://flashforward.wikia.com/wiki/Mosaic_Investigation_post-it_notes). The main character of the show saw those on his 'mosaic' wall in his flashforward. Then he put them there after remembering the vision. Therefore those notes exist in the future because he put it there and he put it there because he saw it in the future. The ontology of these notes is in question I believe.
Also there was a slightly amusing observation that the main character is being assigned to the case because he had a vision that he will be assigned to the case. Therefore he's on the case only because he will be on the case. This also doesn't make sense.
Any other paradoxes so far?

I'm having a tough time with this one, man...
The Senator.
She has a vision of her becoming President.
But more important, she is doing her damndest to debunk the FBI investigation.
But the FBI investigation, is what causes the President to appoint her as VP, due to the blackmail from Stedwick... which puts her one step away from becoming POTUS.
That's all I got.:o

I'm on a Flashforward binge now since I didn't go to work today. I'm only up to episode 5 now so I have no idea what you're talking about. :o
But I found another paradox in episode 5 "The Black Swan". The calm dude with the Addison's disease who had a vision of becoming a black guy with leather pants; he said "the future saved him". Apparently he was alive in the future. This fact alone is what enabled the doctors to save his life. He will be alive because the doctor's saved him and the doctors saved him because he will be alive...

Its like they are living their lives in reverse.
They understand things because of their fututres so they have a direction to go in.
Just like Mark, and the guy who applied for the job(the gy who Dimitri knowcked over his bong)because he saw him doing it in the future.
Its all self-fulfilling prophecies. Whether they want it to be or not.
The seed is planted and now they are just watering it and doing everything they can to make it happen. Even those who are trying to make it not happen are doing what needs to be done to put them in jeapardy.
Like the police woman who didnt see anything when everyone else does and dies that next scene.
