Hi guys, I'm new here so I thought I'd introduce myself by throwing out some opinions and questions about Lost.
First this has replaced the Muppets as my favorite show ever. (Ever notice the similarity between Smoke Monster and Cookie Monster? hmmmm) I started to lose patience with the show last year but the last few episodes and the beginning of this season has me completely hooked again.
I love the way the producers are constantly messing with our minds and the cast of characters is brilliant. Hurley is my favorite closely followed by Locke. I hate Jack though, he's such a self righteous jerk.
Some of my favorite mysteries:
At the end of season one Michaels boat seems to be detected by a boat that was apparently sent by Penny to find Desmond. If this is so how did she know where to look and why can't they find the Island? Why is it so cold? Is this the same boat Miles Charlotte and Danny came on? If so why don't they know who Penny is? Or are they lying? Maybe there are two factions on the freighter.
If the Lost gang could crawl over the sonic barrier why couldn't the smoke monster fly over it.
What happened to Annie?
And why doesn't Jack buy a better car?
One last comment, I think when it's all said and done the real heroe in the story will end up being Ben. He is the only one knows what's going on and the Others really are the good guys.
