Look at the picture.....

Eskimo from where those people at the end of season 2 said the got a single from that massive explosion...the one that killed echo.

This could all be part of Hurley's insanity.....Not sure

I saw those too when watching it last night and even paused it to look more closely. I def think those are clear clues to the island and the past but to what degree we have no idea. Ah this show will never get old!
