I personally like it the way it is, but what a good question! The Chinese symbol for war is two women under the same roof. Joke, Ha! Human nature being what it is , I'd hope for a leader- someone with strength of character and a high emotional IQ- who could rally everyone to work together. I love this question B. I think the show may have gone in a diff direction if it was female dominated. Which male losties would we lose? I actually think the women, as well as the men, would be worse off without Locke.
Personally, as a man, I would prefer to be outnumbered 3:1 or 4:1. It would be like shooting fish in a barrel, just kick back and relax like the lion and his pride, who basically all he does is sleep,have sex, and chase away a few hyenas every now and then( in this case the others). LOL

I work with mostly women now James. It is not pretty. That's why the lion usually hangs around on the periphery away from the estrogen until either dinner is ready, hyenas around, or for a little afternoon delight. Besides that, they are smart enough to stay the heck away. No reason to to cause trouble or get mixed up in any.
