Good morning B, I can't wait. I usually do nothing special, but get rid of all other distractions and tell my girfriend (a casual fan) no questions till after.

I turn up the volume, clear the deck of all distractions, don't answer the door or the cell, and I focus, focus, focus!

Bunny, as an aside do yoo pay a tax per t.v in the UK? I heard it somewhere, and want to verify.

BB, I think we could def watch it together.

yes its bloody ridiculous. the BBC charge us a TV licence - so if you own a TV you have to pay £11 something a month.essentially to fund the BBC as they dont show adverts. however, i never watch the BBC as the shows are utterly ****.

they have warnings on about a little man going about in a van who can tell if you havent paid your licence (maybe they have walt in the van, i dont know!).

B, here it's actually funny. Most people drop around one 100 $ US a month for cable and internet (which is us. part of the same package). That also includes taxes paid to the gov't and most don't realize this. However, if someone were to "announce" that the gov't were going to raise the tax even 1 cent, there would be riots in the streets.

yes i watch in total silence. i get pissed when the commercials take forever. and every time after a show i think about how awful it is to have to wait 7 days to get more. i sometimes think that i should set my life up one season of television behind and then i could buy and watch the whole season at once.

hey bunny i have friends that live in scotland and have been there four times for vacation. love it!

well on top of that i also pay for my cable but thats purely to the cable company. it cost me £56 for internet, cable and phone as a package. which is probably close to what you are paying in dollars - dont know what the exchange rate is!

Hi,guys. Even though I live in NJ, I know for a fact that in Germany they used to come around and check to see if you received a signal that you did not pay for. Some kind of luxury tax thing. I spent two years there. The cable bastards also have something here to see if you receive a signal and don't pay for cable. I live in an apartment and have seen them walking around and pointing what looks like a walkie-talkie at different apartments. I, of course, pay for mine. God forbid I should not be able to watch Lost clearly! By the way, I also make sure no one bothers me during the show. There's too much of a chance I'll miss something important if I miss a minute for a phone call or something.

Hell Yeah!!!
We turn off the phone, close the blinds, turn off the porch light...Gosh, I hope my house never catchs on fire while that shows on. :D

Watching lost is kinda like watching a Charlie Brown Special when you were a kid....that one hour seems like it goes by in like....4 minutes.:p
