Not sure if its been questioned, but is there anyone else who thinks that the voice from the freighter (Regina?) sounds just like Naomi? Same person?

NOT the same person. Regina is played by Zoe Bell, see below.

Naomi was/is played by Marsha Thomason.

well, they are both english but naomi has a manchester accent and regina sounds more southern - maybe a londoner!

and thanks to the detailed research from ctd - it has been confirmed that they are played by different actresses thus making them different people! amazing!
