Yes, I think this crowd is very biased but then again, art is subjective, right? This is by far the best television show I have ever seen...bar none. There hasn't ever been another tv show, movie or book that has captured my imagination and compelled me t learn so much in the same way that Lost has. My opinion? Yes, best show ever.

of course its all a matter of opinion, as Lost is not yet finished I'm not easy to class it as the 'best ever' yet, we could be in for a huge let down, but, as long as they don't screw it up this year its probably gunna win that accolade with me.

It absolutely is the BEST show in TV history in my opinion. Its just sad that people who've never seen it think its stupid and don't want to give it a chance (ahem my boyfriend haha)....they have no idea what they're missing!!!

Haha I know!! Everyone's excuse is, "that stuff is so rediculous, it could never happen" and I'm like ummm ok so your saying that Star Wars, Batman, Spiderman and all those OTHER realistic movies you watch are terrible and a waste of time? Yeah didn't think so ;)

Hands down one of the most creative shows out there. I have to say Lost and Arrested development are the only shows I will own on DVD.

Them and Invader Zim.... but I can't find it anywhere!

Yes biased I agree... best show eva I agree even more... I don't think I have ever loved a show as much as I love Lost. All of the elements that go into confusing the hell out of us and surprising us and keeps us coming back for more.... Entertainment as its finest IMO

I thought this was going to be a best or favorite episode of LOST thread, but this works too. Anybody who shuns LOST and follows American Idol should be impaled, burned, and if awoken from the dead carry the 10 plagues of the world so as to be cursed for eternity.

Lost is by far my fave. show ever, although tbh, there is a lot riding on this final season.

If Lost has anywhere near the levels of "opinions" about what did or did not happen (Sopranos finale style,fwiw Tony was shot in the finale :D) imo, it will taint the shows legacy.

Yes, but regardless of what the producers say, I think they've been forced to make some things up as they go. The first entire half of season 3 was pretty much filler stuff that wasn't necessary.

What's interesting is that 3 or 4 seasons would have ended where most shows, logically would... them finally getting off the island/happily ever after.

But Lost, goes that extra step, further...

Yeah I know which sucks because I wish I knew what it was they made up and what was constructed from the very beginning...there are so many red herrings in Lost that people think (including me) are something important to remember OR will go somewhere! So frustrating..
