How many of you saw that Dharma film with the chinese doctor holding the white rabbit with #15 on it. Remember when the second #15 rabbit appears behind the doctor and panic ensues to "don't allow the two rabbits to touch!!"

Usually there is matter/anitmatter reason for allowing two of the same entity to not be in contact with each other. In the matter/antimatter realm when matter and antimatter come in contact with each other, they annihilate each other.

What was the panic about with these two versions of the same "rabbit #15" ? Were the scientists worried about matter/antimatter or was it more about possibly a "time paradox" would be created ??

i was talking about this earlier with my OH. we never really came to a conclusion but he did come up with perhaps if they came into contact with each other, it would cause something bad to happen (such a death) or it would create a paradox. he then went on to mention about perhaps there are 2 of everyone who returns home (the o6 i guess) and one of them has had to die and thats who may be in the coffin (say there are 2 jacks, one jack has to kill the other or causes the other to die) but i am sure thats been brought up before.

maybe If this is the case then kate could have taken responsibility of the Arron #2 when leaving the Island.
