Embedded Videos?

Am I the only one that doesn't seem to be getting my embedded videos to show up. All that will work is putting up a link.

Is this a new rule of the forum, or have I abused my embedding??

I tried multiple times yesterday (or maybe Monday) and it did the same thing.

I even went beck and tried to quote a previous one, and it turned into 'gobbledygook.' :D

This weird righting comes up that tells me I was once touched by an uncle.

It was wierd.
It fixed itself and then went away againg, just to go and fix itself again.

Thanks to ort determining that season six doesn't have embedded video's, I have determined that season six doesn't have embedded video's.

You seem to be able to post them everywhere but there.

So upon further research it seems that you can't post embedded video's in season 5 either, or the new sections with V and Dollhouse.

You can post in season 1,2,(I skipped 3), 4, Gen disc, and the Sandbox.

It seems weird that certain ones wouldn't allow it.

Very good dectective work UP, I had thought only the gen discussion thread allowed embeding videos. My initial thought is that the seasons threads were too big (or had too many posts) to allow embeding, but that wouldnt make sense as the general discussion board is the biggest by far.

So long story short, I have no idea why you cant. You'll have to bring it up with the admin...

P.S. If you do get a hold of him, ask if he knows of a way to do an interactive map where we can post and view forum memebers locations :)

All fixed now. We can embed vidoes in Season 6, no sweat. Thanks Moe! :)

How do you even embed a video? XD I feel stupid...

Click the little button under the video that says "embed."

Then the code will pop up to the left... copy & paste.
