Ben's recruiter does not age?

Have you guys notice in Season 3 when they showed how kid Ben met an "other". That was Richard Alpert who recruited the female doctor to the island. Ben is late 40s and the guy he met when he was a kid, now working with him and still the same age?

I would like to hear some theories, please. I believe it can be related to what once was mentioned in Season 2 "this is heaven" and what Naomi said when they found her "they found your plane at the bottom of the ocean, plane in one piece and all bodies were there". I really think that everything will be somewhat connected to parallel universes.

So a Brachiosaurus or something is found with a collar on in the desert.... Obviously, some part of some government is reproducing the Philidelphia experement in the ocean and the plane was caught up in it and transported back in time.... They know they have to cover their tracks and use a replica plane and get dead bodies to look like the plane had crashed in the ocean and all were killed.... Easy !!!

That explains the recruiter not aging, he jumps around in time and therefor doesnt age the same way as someone who is not time traveling !

Do you think there is any corralation between Ben's recruitor not ageing and Walt ageing a lot? Loche mentioned he saw Walt , but he was much taller. Or do you think they just had to write that in because he went through puberty and grew?
