Why didn't Radzinski flash forward?

After the bomb detonated, our losties all flashed forward to 2007. Why didn't any of the Dharma people (like Radzinski and Dr. Halowax) flash forward? There were a bunch of Dharma people standing around the same area when it happened. What happened to them?

The Dharma crew were in their present time, whereas the 815 crew and Juliette were not.

they stayed in 1977 - they never time travelled in the first place so only those who belong in 2007 returned there.

otherwise you could go as far as to say why didnt anyone they encountered when they were flashing through time travel with them (young danielle, young widmore etc...).

I assume it's because they were supposed to be there. Same as Richard, Danielle, and Ellie.

There was no jeep, no crane, no drill... it was a time travel.
I'm not sure people are quite 'getting that.'

I think they would have just been left back at the time just after the detonation. With sore ears and having just seen the sky turn purple, they would have just noticed that the Swan site was now imploded and the losties have disappeared.

I think the losties being zapped forward in time is something to do with them not belonging in the time-period they were in, and got returned to the time-period they were supposed to be in.
