And it appears that Ben was the one that was in charge of Micheal being there to blow up the boat.. "Ben, I have a Man on widmores boat" but Micheal got sick of it and went to blow it up, and it appears What was Jacob saying" not yet, Micheal"? O0o I remember a little note pops up!! ... hurmm stopping him.

Well to be honest, I have no Idea.
Do we have any Idea who made the complete set up for that bomb?
And did Ben really knew all the details?
Maybe it was someone else who knew that Michael would feel the need to blow it up earlier...and made that fake ignition thing with the pop up "not yet".
The pop up was probably even a warning signal towards Ben...that he had to take contact with Micheal as he did.
But maybe Ben has not the whole picture at that moment?
The ignition of the bomb was connected with Keamy and his bracelet for as far as I remember.....That had to be the main ignition not?
Anyway to be honest I don't know...
