right be4 malkowski or wutever his name is died he started saying,"when the Captain finds out about this, he's....." then he wnt into time travel and that was all we heard of him except for "i cant get back" (obvioulsy cuz he had no constant) but anyways who is the captain? and from the looks of it he is a short tempered man..... this is strange that this is the first time that the captain of the ship has been brought up.

?? any 1 have any ideas on who ti could be??

Ben's man? Actually, before I thought Minkowski was in charge because Frank told Daniel to hang up if Minkowski answered the phone, but maybe it was because they already knew about his going crazy jumping back and forth thru time.

But it's very likely he funded/organized the freighter.

i think it may be someone we have seen before or maybe heard of or connected to thats why they havent used his/her name yet

HAHA, the way this season is going - I wouldn't be surprised if Captain America was the captain. You never know what to expect anymore!!

I doubt it's Penny's father. Mr Whidmore is financing the freighter, which is how Penny knows about the island.

Could be, or perhaps it was the first mate. We don't know the hierarchy of the crew yet.
