Did anyone remeber if Boone's sister was on the original plane? Why did he say she wanted to stay. Wasn't she with him before?

Shannon was on the original 815, that's how she was on the Island. Boone went to Australia to "rescue" her from her abusive boyfriend, which turned out to be a scam where Boone paid the boyfriend money to leave her alone...only this time the BF took the money and bailed.

The AR 815 flight was Shannonless. :(

Of course it's probably because Shannon's actress doesn't want to come back, but they could make up some reason for her not being there that has to do with the island being submerged.

the actress wanted to come back, but she was "working" on something else...it's too bad to because Maggie Grace could have used the "plug" although I thought the way the writers changed up the original story was interesting, and made me wonder if their relationship was still incestious in the "new" reality.....or if Boone was still in love w/ her still (or at all.)

I think the deep and philosophical reasons Shannon went first was because she was the first to find herself and make peace with her past. And Maggie Grace had to make a movie. lol

Yeah, I guess if Shannon never went with Boone, then she wouldn't have been at the hotel the night before the flight to have dirty step-brother sex.
It would be interesting to see that in this "world" Jack made the choice to save Shannon's father over Sarah.
This could be why she didn't come back with Boone, because she still had access to her dad's money.

I think it is possible that we didnt see her because shes flying in First Class and they didnt show her yet, waiting for later in the season to see them meet up once they get off the plane.
