Good point. I never thought about it. But, it almost has to. In fact, maybe Miles wasn't actually asking for money at all, but telling Ben that 3.2 is the coordinate that needs to be followed in order to find the freighter.

It's not like Miles could speak openly to Ben with kate there.

Wow. This is one of the many fine lines with the show between what is real and what is not.

I like what you guys came up with, 3.2 million being a code. It makes sense. But at the same time I'm not sure if that's just looking to deep into it. I mean, during Miles' flashback he communicated with the spirits (or whatever) to steal that money and that was it. So maybe with Ben, he really is just out to get money.
