lost action figures

anybody know the best place to get lost character figures?

We got to make my brother a grooms cake and want to do lost theme. I want to make a crazy attempt to do something like ace of cakes did. I dont see it looking good, but i want to try anyway. But i need the figures to put on the cake. I have seen some on ebay for $20 each for jack kate hugo, $11 for shannon and $60 for locke.

anyone know where to get them cheaper....and possibly smaller as these listed are like 8 inches.

I got all mine through Amazon. Best thing to do is google lost action figures 'cause prices are really changing now. I still don't have Locke. His price is going way up. I think Shanon is the cheapest.
