I'm convinced it's Michael because the co-ordinates which the chopper followed to get to the ship were EXACTLY the same co-ordinates Ben told Michael to sail in to get 'home', when he and Walt left in Season 2.....

Could be, but in this weeks ep Roger the communications guy on the boat could come and go like Desmond, so maybe he unlocked the door in some indirect manner. ???

I still don't understand, why do people think that the boat crew would be stupid enough to still, after knowing that they have just been sabotaged, not suspect "castaway they just picked up" (Michael). Think about it, this crew has been sitting out there for months and they were all left port together from wherever they came. Then Michael and Walt show up on their little boat, likely screaming about being survivors of the Oceanic 815, thus immediately surrendering any possibility of being trusted. Even if they kept their identity secret, don't you think that they would be the first people suspected when the communication lines were cut? Mikowski said that the Captain was trying to find out who the traitor was, and if they had Michael on the boat I'm pretty sure they wouldn't really be having that much trouble figuring out who it is...

well we're not 100% sure michael is on he boat. we haven't seen him and they didn't mention him. or did I miss something?
