Saying that ben did give michael the ight cordinates and the boat to leave, michael couldnt have gotten very far from the island with such a small boat. So we can conclude he never made it home and is Definataly on the island still or on the freighter. So dont be confused michael and walt are most likly on the island some where and mabe on the ship. How odd would it be if they let some guy stranded in a boat on a frieghter of top secret stuff? so He is on one of the 2 islands hiding! Dont be fooled

Either Michael or Walt is on the boat. I think one of them unlocked the door and sabataged the radio stuff. Maybe it was Walt, he didn't really want to leave the island.

It is plausable that Michael and Walt made it to the frieghter. The radioman said that they had been out there at anchor for months with nothing to do. So they would have been there when M&W left in the boat. Also, the calendar on the wall seemed to indicate three months being checked off. Another thread suggested that the coordinates were not the same for boat
(325) and Chopper (305). But this could simply be explained by the fact that they left from different points of the island.

I don't think that Michael or Walt are on the boat. Well, not Walt anyway. If Walt wanted to disrupt the communications devices he wouldn't have to rip it apart with the powers that he has, right? People, go read the last book written by Stephen Hawking. Ben did. Except Ben read it about 3 years before it was published.

Well, I brought this up in other threads....

Remember when Juliet had her trial last year in season 3? There was a blonde haired lady who was adjudicating her "trial"...and she and some others left the island. Where did they go? It looks to me like there are probably other islands involved in this. I commented in another thread that perhaps that was where Michael and Walt are.

Because they packed and left. I'd have to view it again, but I recall them packing up and stating that they were leaving. Plus, they havn't been seen since. They weren't roaming the island with Ben and the other, "others".

I think they're probably just with the other others at the temple. They're not central characters so just because you don't specifically see them, I don't think it's a big deal.

If I remember right Ben told Michael that if he followed the coordinates exactly he would run into a major shipping lane and would have no problem getting picked up by a passing ship.
