In 509 Namaste, notice the door open, the smoke come in and turn to the right, then Claire appears...(I know some say it wasn't her, but I am sure it is)

What are the implications of this for the future?

That is definitely not Claire, the hair is different. I also believe that Jorge Garcia (Hurley) confirmed it to be a production error and that the girl is actually a crew member who got in the shot without notice.

It would mean a hell of a lot! Most importantly, it would mean that both Sun and Frank are totally blind! How would they allow Frank to have a pilot's license if he can't even see a girl 8 feet to his left?!

My point was that it doesn't mean anything.

If it was Claire (which again, it wasn't) it would mean that Smokey took her form and appeared in the room. Claire is obviously not the smoke monster as per the last episode. So it doesn't really mean anything other than Smokey randomly decided to spy on people and randomly used Claire's form, which simply doesn't add much to discuss.

I watched this scene over and over again. At the time I believed it was claire and a definite answer to two smoke monsters however now I think the women was a production error but the smoke was meant to noticed.
