WTF Time Travel

What's with time travel via your mind crap. There's supposed to be a machine with lightning popping out the top.

So does this mean you can only travel back and forth to your own body at differeent points in time? Wouldn't that mean you're altering the future everytime you do something different when you go back to the past?

Way too confusing. I might have to go back to watching Gilligan's Island re-runs... :confused:
