Without a doubt my favorite episode of all last night - brilliantly done.
Not sure if anyone's posted this but Daniel says the side effects happen to those exposed to high levels of radiation. Desmond we know has been exposed so he is at risk.
When the hatch exploded everyone on or near the beach would have been exposed to high levels leaving them at risk too. However, when the hatch exploded Sayid, Jack, Sawyer, Hurley, Kate, Jin and Sun were on the other side of the island and pehaps not exposed. We know that Sayid, Jack, Kate and Hurley are part of the O6. I propose that these seven are the only survivors who can actually get off the island - those on the beach are "infected" and cannot get off because they are caught in between times.
Stay with me...
"Dead" Charlie tells Hurley "they need you". I think the other survivors need the O6 to go back and be their "constants" to help get them off the island.
Also...
There are 7 "unexposed" survivors, Sawyer we know doesn't want to leave so that leaves, in my opinion, the O6. Sayid, Jack, Hurley, Kate, Sun, and Jin. Arron is Kate's son, who she has once back from the island, not Claire's baby.
Ok, that's a stretch but am I on to something?????

could be on to something BUT i still think that Aaron IS Claire's baby....i think that she is killed in the next few shows and Kate ends up taking him off the island when rescued...i still haven't decided if "the sickness" is the EM or radiation....seems too obvious for the writers....still give u props for thinking so much and coming up with a clear theory:)
