If you read the rules, getting people to vote and view your video at this time is useless. Of all the videos that are submitted, 5 are picked by judges at ABC. Once those 5 are picked, then and only then are user votes and views worth anything.

I dont know, I just clicked it and it loaded ok. must be abc.com being inconsistant. I got 1 review so far, 1 out of 5 stars!
