It is interesting to me when people from all over the world get together how it is hard to get along but if you think about it even in a small setting like work, school, Church this happens also. It's not new, it's the way things are. What makes things escalate is how individuals handle things. Things can't make you sad or mad unless you allow it to make you sad or mad. Think of yourself as a Teflon pan and let things slide off. It's OK to disagree just don't fuel the fire.
