I'm really enjoying watching my old seasons again purely for that shock factor of seeing a clue that you wouldn't have realised or missed first time round.
I had that moment today as I watched Catch 22 with my friend at work who hasn't seen it yet, she loves it when i have the shock "flashback of watching dvd's" and go "ooo". She looks at me as if i've just had a vision like Desmond and asks if i've just spotted something lol.
In this episode was the photo of Brother Campbell and Elloise Hawking on his desk as Desmond leaves in his Monks robes just before meeting Penny.
So just in case i've missed something, was his relationship with Elloise ever explained as its obvious his chat to Desmond about his purpose was to be somewhere else but not with the Brotherhood was predetermined.
