In season 3, episode D.O.C., It was confirmed that the baby was conceived on the island so it has to be jin's. Thats when that one lady takes Sun to the other bunker and does a sonogram (don't know the correct spelling) to measure the fetus and see how far through she is in the pregnancy.

I think its a definete possibility, and the only potential father given the information we know so far is Sawyer. For some reason, I doubt Kate is pregnant, mainly because Viewers like seeing her in her bikini(well, bra and panties) swimming at the beach. Yes that is right. It has been confirmed that the baby is Claire's Aaron. The subject has been beaten to death. Im not sure why everyone feels that Kate is pregnate. Is there any evidence to prove this or even support the idea?

As for Sun and Jin, The baby is Jin's. If the baby was Micheals we wouldnt have seen a little korean girl in Je Yeon. And the baby was concieved on the island.
