Hahaha! It should be. The grilled one that is, but they soak that stuff in wierd sugary-salty solutions. That's why the sodium is so outrageous! I don't consume that much sodium in 2 days for crying out loud.

My gallstones rumble with the thought of it, actually i hate KFC but since my stones have been present I've cut out the fast foods such as Mc D's and when i need a quick snack I find eating them absolutely repulsive, i only miss the icecream !

I honestly don't see the big deal.

Double Down: 540 calories, 32g fat, 1380mg sodium.

Big Mac: 540 calories, 29g fat, 1040mg sodium.

Whopper : 670 calories, 40g fat, 1020mg sodium.

If you eat fast food to begin with it's really not any worse than the other options.
