With only one photo to go on, that's a pretty good bunch of guesses. But they do fit... "squirrel" and "zombie." Yeah, it is certainly fake.
Acting with the Muppets yesterday has helped me be lights out with my April Fools pranks today.
One can certainly wonder if such Twitter ID's are real, but here's a photo you can't find anywhere else on the Internet, so I'm thinking this is really Carlton. :)

damon and carlton's twitter accounts are very real. they discuss them all the time. there was even a situation when damon lindelof first got his account, someone else had his name. and that someone gave it back for DL to use.

there is no controversy that DL and CC's twitter accounts are real. read their posts, they are pretty funny and interesting.
