OK, I was playing the Lost game today, and running around and asking everyone why they were on Flight 815. When I got to Sayid, I realized that I do not remember one single flashback of him in Sydney!

Was Sayid really on that flight? If so, what was he doing in Sydney and why was he flying back to LA? Can anyone out there who has a better memory than me fill me in? I can think of a reason for every single other Lostie to be on that plane but him...

If memory serves me correctly... wasn't Sayid in Sydney to be a mole in a terroist plot with his islam buddy so he could keep Nadia out of trouble with the feds?

Ah yes, thank you so much, I remember now. I actually started watching the first season over again because I could not remember this. It is interesting going back and seeing these characters from the beginning again knowing what I know now about all of them. I forgot what an early bond Locke and Walt formed.

In the future a really good resource for questions like this is: http://lostpedia.com/wiki/Main_Page

It's essentially wikipedia except specifically about Lost, and pretty much everything that's been revealed through any source, (whether it's the show, game, podcasts, interviews, online games), is on there and you can search by character or episode or even by objects and ideas.

Here is Sayid's page: http://lostpedia.com/wiki/Sayid

I was playing Lost: Via Domus for the Playstation 3. You can also pick it up for the PC and XBox360. Was pretty cool, freaky ending which may or may not end up tying into the show, and gave some background into Hanso and the mittelos Corporation. I beat it in 4 hours though...

:( I check this site a lot at work, and Lostpedia is filtered under Enterainment and Movies, but this site isn't so it has become my favorite place to check on theories and such. Thanks for the heads up though, I will bookmark that site when I get home.

Ya,that was why Sayid w2as on the plane,it is real funny to watch the episodes from the beginning now-they have all gained weight while they are stranded, they have awesome clothes ,they never get stained or rip. They even have the new clothes and shoes are top brand and durable.
