it's from a 1986 movie called "Unmasking the Idol" starring a middle aged white guy with a british accent and a bunch of lines stolen from Connery's Bond days, and a ninja baboon. Seriously. I came across it today while looking for free movies on my on demand on Comcast. the dialouge is awesome too, i can't find a clip of it in english, but the guy with the white hair is a pilot, thier plane crashed, and they're on a mystery island.

If you have comcast cable, you should be able to get it, the scene is about fifteen mins in. I didn't make it much further, the movie is rediculous.
