So, the Michael scene is easy enough. It is his ghost appearing to Hurley. I say this because Hurley repeats exactly what he says. Cool. Everyone gets a scene. Now, where's Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalt?

I think the preview with Hurley accepting an award is the most telling.
It basically confirms what I have been saying.

Hurley is now a full blown Rationalist. Hes accepting an award as a writer, or an actor or some other such profession...I guarantee it. Its a change and its another change that is smokey +1, Jacob -1.

Plus he doesn't care about "love". Too busy at the office...too busy thinking...too busy working....just like Desmond was when George was talking with him @ the cab.

The evidence is there.
