how long is the break going to be this time?

oh sh*t i thought it was only going to be 7 shows this year! I hope it's 16 i was told it was cut short because of the writters strike. i hope i'm wrong. thanks

Rip, I heard they only had the first 8 epis done due to the writer's strike an ddon't know if they even started filming the next 8. I don't know the source, but also read that the show has been contracted by ABC through the 2010 season.

13 episodes for season 4.

They'll air the first eight, then take off for several weeks before airing the final five, starting sometime in mid to late April. It looks our wait will be right around 6-7 months. :(

ALL i know is that i was a heroes fan too, and they just KILLLLLED that series with this waitin B/S i hope that they are filmin night and day cause personally i think that the fans of lost deserve more than 2 be waiting around 4 such a huge moment, ecspecially whe thay say there is a HUGE cliffhanger at the end of episode 8!!!

I heard somewhere they were going to do the cliffhanger after episode 7,
then take a month or so off and come back with like 6 more episodes.
and spread the other 3 out through the last couple of seasons
