How "should" lost end?

I want the main mysteries to be answered. Although I would like a major twist at the end that makes me see the show in a new light.

-Sayid will be proven innocent with Ilana's representation. Nadia will divorce her husband to be with Sayid.
-Ben will become a hero for bringing Locke to the hospital where Jack with cure his paralysis. Run for the School board and win.
-Hurley will marry the beautiful Libby
-Desmond will marry the beautiful Penny
-Dan will marry the beautiful Rachel
-Jack will meet up and marry Kate after Ilana takes on her case and she is also found innocent.
-Sawyer will meet up and marry Juliet
Charlie and Claire...etc., etc.

I like it. That would be a great ending. I wish the show was longer. I would like to see some of the conversations after everybody remembers their previous Island lives. I mean Ben and Locke would have some things to discuss.

i do not think that the tone and history of lost lends itself to a happy hollywood ending. they have broken so many stereotypes and cliches, to end on the biggest one of all would be disastrous. moreover, damon and carlton do not want these characters resurrected in any future lost remakes or re-do's. so, that leads me to believe the characters will all be "unavailable" later when disney wants to bring back the franchise.

That's why I want a definitive end. I would love to be shocked. A sixth sense moment or like the matrix. But I feel like they want to leave it open to interpretation. Inna is right, 3D has gone off the deep end, but it is a very cute, romantic idea. I am sure the blood n guts guys will get theirs soon, as not everybody is going to come out of this, 'specially with those big firebombs catapulting in that way. Jack got his bell rung anyhow, looked real dazed and confused (ok I have a 4:20 hangover)

I want a definitive ending with a twist - if that makes sense. Since the producers themselves created an end date for the show, it should have a pretty firm ending, and most of the larger questions should be answered.

But I can easily see in the last 2 minutes of the show something unexpected happening.

My guess is you will not see the "happy" ending some may want to see. TPTB have all but said this. if memeory serves correct, they also said that this was more a story of these charecters and not about the island. they went on to say that in the end, these stories would be concluded, but the island would still be there for future movies/shows cause disney/abc would not just bury a huge franchise like this. but i am almost positive they said these charecters storylines would be over.

My guess is all but a few will die. perhaps Jack and Sawyer taking on the roles of Jacob and fLocke. Who knows tho. at least we are finally getting some answers, even tho some ppl don't like them. i agree with the statement this is a predictable season. it seems alot of the answers we get are things we have been pretty sure of, but in all honesty the one question i dont think will be definitly answered is what the island is. i think this will be a mysteery left open to speculation for future shows/movies(which will fail abc/disney, so plz plz plz don't tarnish the legacy of such a great show) :)

I thought today being as Mib wants to take the plane that they all get on board (after repairing the window!):rolleyes: takes off, the -thank god its all over - music plays as we flick from each character looking at each other with smiles at each other and dodgy looks over at Locke, suddenly Hurley gets a vision from Walt runs to the cockpit, and hurls the plane to the island, the impact occurs at exactly the same moment as another time travel instance as someone stayed below to use the wheel... AGAIN!

This sinks the island everyone is dead here but the FS lot are at hospital going, thank god its not us then :o

But I've been thinking and I know that Lost needs to end, even though the six season cap has been for the better of the show and my enjoyment of it, but I think it shouldn't end. not ever.:(
