So Black and White/ Good and Evil/ Yin Yang/ basically......balance has been pretty Central to this story so far; and I have to admit that up until now I've been on the Desmond/ Jack Wagon; but honestly.....I think I may have figured it out now- so be honest.......do you really want to know??

It's bugged me all season that we have not seen Rose and Bernard yet. We know they are on the Island. I assume that they time traveled with the other Losties back to "present day" so where are they?
It clicked with me when Jacob told Kate that the reason that her name was crossed off the cave wall was because she became a Mother. In the Sideways Flash....Rose still has Cancer. And she's Dying. So WHY in the WORLD would Rose and Bernard want to go back to the Flash Sideways? They wouldn't. Everyone else seems to have something to go back for....(whether they know it or not) but for the two of them (who don't have anyone who depends of them back home) they are free and clear to stay on the Island FOREVER. Together, and in love.
So here is MY Prediction/ Theory.
Rose and Bernard will gladly take on the roles of Jacob/ MIB. Vincent will stay with them as "Their Richard" so to speak....and there will be what is needed- One Black, One White- Perfect Balance.
How they get to this point.......well, that's part of the fun isn't it? :D
