HAHA Only on a really fast glance, in that screenshot does he look like Mikhail - I'm not sure if it's someone we've already seen before, they're introducing a lot of new people this season!

richard would never get caught, plus he's still on the island at the temple with the others...and i doubt anyone that widmore catches would ever live to tell the tale... unless he can turn them against ben, but this seems highly unlikely....
