Are you talking about the room behind the waterfall with the BIG electromagnet?

If so, just use the computer there. It is like the one in Mikhail's quarters. You have to take the easy IQ tests to access the menus, and I think that is all you have to do.

Yes, you just go into the pool outside and go to the last waterfall on the right ... you can't miss it. Bring dynamite if you can help it.
