In the end, we didn't need a flashforward to see it coming, and I'm not talking about how the finale went down. ABC's FlashForward started off all filled with our hope and expectations—and to the tune of 12.5 millions viewers watching. However, fewer than five million people tuned in for the final episode, "Future Shock." In many ways it was a very sad ending for the series.
