I believe in chivalry, but in that situation, I don't think I'm caring how hot the chick is in the next cage. I may be more inclined to help her out if I knew she was on team Losty.
I would bide my time as long as possible to help us both escape, but if I saw the executioner cometh, I would haul ass. If I was involved with the hot chick already and we were in love that would be different, I would go down with "guns a blazin" in that case.

Chillin'. What I normally do on a non-football sunday. later will be having dinner with a couple of friends I went to school with.

I will have to say yes. It has been a huge struggle. I have quit prob three times in the last four or five years, the longest for one year. Zyban worked the best so far, but will try chantrix the next time. I usaully get the best results if I attempt to quit in the spring.

I don't feel like I'm being pounded Jacks, I was expecting alot more personal stuff and abuse that I thought I would having to respond with alot of "no comments"
1. Good q. I think I would have gone with the freighter folks, if for anything else, just to get away from the insanity on the island up to this point.
2. Call me "slim", I will be on the road the end of march, I don't know my start date so I am nervous about the timing. I have a very good friend i will be working with, so I think she would be able to help me out for awhile.
3. I think I don't have much in common with any of the three, but will say Goodwin since I have been sleeping on the couch lately. LOL
4. I have a 1 year old cat, who I found as newbie kitten around the garbage cans in the back of my building. It was last winter, my roomate was in tears over (LuLu) and there was no doubt we were taking her in. I love dogs, and if am able to get a house with a decent yard, I would love to get a lab, golden, or collie (esp. if there was one at a shelter)
5. My favorite vacation spot in the U.S.A is St. John in the V.I. The entire island is a state park basically and a beautiful spot to camp. I have been there twice, and it is as close as you can get to a lost or Gilligan's island experience around here. In the continental U.S. I would say Montana, great camping, and skiing.

1. Five words, Hmmm very difficult
a) quiet (shy until i get to know you, then I am always yappin'). I rarely am sargeant robo, but when I am watch out!!!)
b) humorous, I try to live life as one giant sitcom, I find people and life the funniest thing most of the time. I think of myself as just another nut in one very large insane asylum.
c) Patient (I rarely am sargeant robo, but when I am watch out!!! as long as I know I'm heading in the right direction, I usually don't care how long it takes to get there.
d)calming, I've been told my chill nature can be a calming influence. As long as noone is dying or the apartment is not on fire, then no need to panic, "things always work out" The only thing you can control is yourself.
e)chilvarous/gentlemanly, to a fault. extremely difficult in NYC and have become less and less, which i think is a shame. It's like dog eat dog and the woman are just as bad as the men. I usually can revert back when I'm in more civilized society.
2. No doubt, my early college years, in some ways it destroyed me because I can't think of life being that fun again. All the fun also caused me to take longer to find myself. I have no regrets as the scenic route can be much nicer. However, if I could go back, i think I could be further along in life if I just was able to tweak things just slightly.
3.There are many things I would do for 3.2 million. I need more details. LOL

BB, I guess just going to a resort on an island in the south pacific with a hut that jets out into the lagoon ( ie Bora Bora)with my girlfriend would be lame for this interesting q.
So with alittle thought I came up with this. I would go back into the past to the dawn of homo sapiens with a woman who I think could handle it. All we would bring is a 1 suitcase of clothing, toiletries, and lighter(s). We would go to a tropical climate along the coast as it is prob easiest for survival. Attempt to meet any early man we could find and using only our present knowledge( no equipment or modern tools), show them a few inventions like the wheel and creating fire by rubbing sticks together. We would only use the lighter to make torches to freakk out any hostiles and let them think we were gods to keep them from eating us. After showing them some some of these things, come back in a week and see how much it altered the future.

Since I'm on the hostile island and I could only pick one, I'd say I would go with Kate, as much as I don't want too. The reason is she is someone whom I'm attracted to, who is loyal and tough enough that I could trust her to watch my back, even with all her insanity. So she could cover both, a lover and good buddy.
If I was picking a buddy, it would be Des.
If I was just picking a love interest , it would be Claire

First, I think he is a great actor and I already know know I'm not Brad Pitt or neither lived the Axle rose lifestyle, so he could fit.
Secondly, I think he could end up starring as me, because he can play a normal, average, everyday guy like me and make the movie interesting and humerous.

It is also why, I think, I like the military and the faced paced, not behind a desk career I have, because there is no time to procrastinate. most things are usually serious and require immediate attention and action. So I tend to be more successful. I could never last at a desk job.

Papa, I firmly believe in God, but do not believe your fate is preordained. I think one is constantly changing their fate with each choice they make. One thing will lead into another based on the individual. They only problem is you can only say something is destiny when it is in the past. That's why I think one must use their heart as well as the head when making a choice and sometimes you just have to let it rip and go for it.

!. fantasy: to have six or so voluptuous womwn be available for every whim for a week or so.
2.Engaged twice, never got much further than the announcements. Both ended fairly well. It wasn't because I was a dog.
The first, we were just too young, and came to my senses. The second was just bad timing and fate. I still keep in contact with her.
3. I actually would be very happy with a few Robertas. I would love a few daddy's little girls, whom I turned into "princesses". Maybe subconsciously I am timing this , so when they become teenagers I will have alzheimers and living in a home, so I don't have to deal with the next phase of 16 y/o girl ssues. LOL
$. Smoking, prcrastination, controlling my language ( I tend to say M...F**ker, f**k, and other words to much I think. It's not a very complimentary quality. I very good, until my emotions rise.
5, My ideal woman is someone who is the compliment to my faults and vice versa. A teamate. So will probably very outgoing (which most of my GF's have been), A good sense of humor. Does not have to be smart or have money, but must have a good heart. Someone who fights (argues) well.
Let me know when I'm in trouble and why, no silent treatments (because I can prob hold out longer than she could) I'm not looking for a best friend ( I already have one of those) I'm looking for a wife. A decent friend that we can share activities.
In terms of looks I prefer adoreable and cute vs. drop dead gorgeous (too many issues) Someone who looks the same in the morning as she did the previous night. Someone comfortable with herself.

Good q Kage. I am going to have to steal many of these q's when the tables are turned.
I try to answer these quickly and without real deep thought so i can be as honset as possible.
the first thought that came to my head was that in the final scenes it is Hurley, Des, Penny, and Sawyer are the ones who end up saving all of humanity somehow. They figure out the truth, and in the final scene it is Sawyer who pays the ultimate redemption, by sacraficing his life for all humankind, which I know deep down has a good heart and does it willingly. In his final breadth he gets out one last funny nickname.

1. Juliet smell as fishy as a 3 day old flounder.
2. No comment. I will admit I am older than my profile, not by a large amount though.Somewhere bet. 32 and 42. Out of habit I never give all accurate info when i sign up for these things, purely for security. The more info someone has about me the more paranoid I get about identity theft. It happened to a friend and it still is not fully resolved after a few years already. My name is robert Christopher and every thing else I have been honest about. I would also lie if someone asked me my full address on the forum. to me it's the same thing, it's not a vanity issue because I could easily pass for 32.
3. Under armour boxer briefs. It just holds everything together well. They keep the boys from strayin' LOL

1. I have had a couple of incidents, which I think you ,B, and TQ were apart of. I will not remind anyone of the names.
2.Jacks, I am not that crazy to answer this. I will say that there are many women of the forum that I think I would go on a date with. Those of you in my age range are prob who i'm thinking about. Jacks, you would fall into that category.

Yes I have patch. I think he was on 55th or 56th St. bet. 6th or 7th ave. I had an apt. on 57th and 8th. I was there before and after the famous seinfeld epi. The soup was very good. I never had the Mulagatani(sp), as I always had whatever bisque he had going. I never had a problem. In real life I never heard him say "no soup for you", but I remember once he didn't give some guyb the goody bag he normally gave you, with bread, croutons, and mints. There was no eat in area. You ordered it at the storefront window. There usually was a long line and he wanted to keep things orderly so the patrons did not block the sidewalk for others. I don't know if there were complaints about blocking the walk or if he just thought it would be a courteous thing to do. He also would close for months at a time for vacation.
