If it is ACE then why can't these directors and crew get this stuff straight? That's the million dollar question I think :)

Yeah i saw that too when i rewatched the first ep.. ACE out the gate OH boy.... :D Atleast there's only 13 eps, right.. Also there was a 3rd one that said kill "Joe", but I think it was left with the gun in her room.

I didn't know if I'd be able to watch this series, but the whole driving through the woods ending back up at the town was too intriguing. I thought they gave up a little too easily in terms of trying to go back and find some other alt. road or what have you.

I honestly didn't look at the pics, as I noticed the "kill Joe" version on the show, and assumed that's what you guys were talking about.

Actually the real answer to this was explained in the last episode. Each time they eat at the Chinese food place they get a fortune cookie.

So she simply has gotten lots of fortune cookies all telling her "more or less" to do the same thing. So its not ACE, its simply part of the show.

In the last episode, the Hotel manager brough a huge bowl of fortune cookies to her and said "good luck"....
