I know that I haven't spoken in a while, so I am here to make up for it.
e-mail me with the usual stuff.
1. Postcard missing, lost or destroyed
2. Badge name change
3. Would like to check the status on an order
4. Address change
I have a stack of postcards returned by the Post Office, and a few people have ordered multiple memberships but only gave us one name. As I said, usual stuff.
On a side note, I would like to apologize for not being wordy in e-mails, and sometimes rude on the phone. That is unprofessional of me, so my apologies to those I have offended.
