Who Is Naomi's Sister?

Before Naomi died she made sure to tell the person she was communicating with to tell her sister she said "bye" or "i love her"......................so apparently her sister might be in on it also. Any guesses?

it could be her sister, or she may be speaking in code to the other people on that freighter.

I read a spoiler that claims "tell my sister I love her" is a code phrase if something goes wrong. I'm not sure if this is true or not but it certainly could be :)
