In looking things up about her I read this:

Achara and Dharma are synonymous and mean the regulation of daily life. Achara is often referred to as the Supreme Dharma. Achara is the mark of good from Achara Dharma is born.

I also read that she might be back on the show.

I wondered if that girl was a real part of this show or not. Is it for sure she is going to be on again? It is weird that her name is connected to the Dharma.

Yeah, I thought that episode was really weird, almost a bit like the Nikki and Paulo one in the way it was such a sudden one. I wouldn't be surprised if she returned
